Frank Vincent plays the character of Phil Leotardo on The Sopranos, who is part of the New York faction of the mafia. Frank Vincent has also appeared in the mafia genre movie classics; "Goodfellas", "Casino" , lent his voice to the animated movie, "Shark Tale" and "Raging Bull".
